Mark always delivers 100-percent effort and produces high-quality units with proven efficiency. He often runs the hot plate line independently, maintaining full productivity while ensuring quality standards.

On his last day before starting his vacation, parts were late from the vendor. Without hesitating, Mark asked to stay and work late until his schedule was complete, so he didn’t put the company in a bind and miss shipping sold units to the customer on time.

But what truly sets Mark apart is his willingness to support the team. Whenever his own line slows down, he immediately shifts to assist other lines, bringing his experience, reliability, and strong work ethic to anyone who needs it.
